Enter into the whimsical world of Create Heart Work
Create Heart Work stands out in the digital planning world because they lean more into a personal brand rather than a business brand. The founder Lucy Serrano has built a super engaged community by sharing her Christian lifestyle alongside her love for digital planning.
When we kicked off this project, we started by reviewing Create Heart Work’s brand strategy, which laid out their mission, audience, and positioning. Through deeper research, I found that most of Create Heart Work’s competitors simply posted their products instead of leading with their point of view. I also noticed that they all leaned into a neutral aesthetic that made them kind of blend together visually.
Coming into this project, Create Heart Work had a strong brand that we were able to differentiate even further. Through whimsical, bright design and warm, approachable messaging, we made sure that Lucy’s website felt as unique and inviting as the community she built.
